RankBooster builds and looks after websites for local service businesses in Toronto and the GTA. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, business name, phone number, email, type of business, current website and anything you write in your message.
- When you become a client: the content you give us for your site (logo, photos, text, hours), the access you grant us to your domain and Google Business Profile, and billing details handled by our payment processor.
- When you visit this site: standard technical data our hosting provider records, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To reply to you and see if we're a good fit.
- To build, host, update and support your website and Google Business Profile.
- To bill you for your plan.
- To keep this site secure and working.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except as described below.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business — for example, website hosting, a form service that delivers contact-form messages to us, and Stripe for payments. They only get the information they need to do that job. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as they're useful for following up, and client records for as long as you're a client plus any period required for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (289) 809-9819 and we'll take care of it.
